Camellia Homes provides conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and non-conventional financing
at competitive market rates with approved credit. Camellia Homes will pay all of your closing costs except escrows (taxes and insurance).
We offer Construction and 100% Permanent Loans for finished homes, livable stage homes, and shell homes. These loans are available to qualified land owners with A, B and C credit ratings. Conventional financing can only be offered on finished homes.
In most cases, if you still have a balance owed on the property, we can arrange for financing for the lot payoff. We have several financing programs available, and we can help you determine which option will best fit your needs.
